This year of 2016 I have decided to work on a deeper spiritual level and work from the base to the crown through all 12 Chakras, one per month of the coming year. Starting with the first Chakra, The Root Chakra, followed by Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, and the additional chakras Omega, Alpha, Terra, and Angelic.
This will reflect in my crafts and creative energy and will be getting deep into each Chakra and connecting elements.

Starting with the first Chakra. The Root Chakra or Base Chakra
In January I plan to work a lot with my physical body, vitality and do lots of grounding work. For me, this means lots of physical exercise, meditation, gardening, strengthening of my core and back with yoga and of course expressing the related colours of the Root Chakra..
The colour of the Root Chakra is Red, and secondary colour is black. So prepare to see lots of Red & Black for the next few weeks.
When you work with different chakras you may also focus on your diet, and for this month, I am increasing Redness into mine. This includes food such as tomatoes, red capsicum, strawberries, raspberries and red silver beet etc. I will also be drinking more hibiscus tea and raspberry leaf tea. The possibilities to include your every day life missions into your Chakra Healing is endless..
I will be working with associated and responsive crystals and gemstones with the Root Chakra which includes stones such as Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Garnet, Red Jasper, Obsidian, Brecciated Jasper, Mookaite Jasper, Red Agate and many others.
